Once you’ve submitted your claim you will receive an email where you can provide your proof of purchase as well as your functionality concern. Once validated, our customer care team will send you a shipping address for where it will be serviced. Your item must be dry cleaned before it arrives for the protection of our staff in accordance with Health & Safety Standards. Any product that arrives unclean will be subject to a cleaning fee (depending on care instructions) before inspections can be made, which will also delay the processing of your claim.
