At this time, our program is available for residents of the U.S or Canada and is only available by mail. After you start the trade-in process, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to send your items. Items will then be assessed for eligibility and condition. A flat rate of $25 will be deducted from your trade-in value to account for shipping and handling for all excepted trade-ins. Gift cards can be used at generations.canadagoose.com, canadagoose.com, or at a Canada Goose store.
Ineligible items will be shipped back to you at no additional cost. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, US territories, or addresses outside of the United States.

Canada Goose Generations is unable to assume liability for packages that are lost, stolen, tampered with, or damaged while in transit or upon delivery.
